Hi, I’m Amigo (banka Buck)

Amigo is a handsome grey Thoroughbred X gelding who stands 17 hh.

Amigo.. previously know as "Banka Buck" - yes he even has a racing name from his past life. But he is much more an Amigo, a horse who loves company and wants to chill around in the paddock.
He came into care with RSPCA many months ago, has spent a few weeks in the shelter to regain strength and condition and now is thriving after a few months in foster care. He is now full of energy at his mature age and even has a spring in his step, especially at meal times.
He is fully vaccinated, up to date with worming and has had a dental and his feet done regularly.
He can be caught (but some food will speed up the process), led and groomed (but can be a bit sensitive, so he prefers short grooming sessions). He can be floated and behaves well when getting his feet done. He does love meal times and does prefer to eat by himself to ensure he receives all his required nutrition. He has a history of being paddocked with other horses and although he has been by himself in the foster home he is keen for some other horses as companions.

His adoption will be subject to a property inspection of his new home to ensure it suits his needs.

**AMIGO IS NOT AT THE SHELTER** He is in foster care. If you are interested in finding out more about Amigo, please email adoptfromfoster@rspcaqld.org.au
